With you I have hovered
Above the sea
In storm
I smelled the tropical dew
Of winter flowers…
I have seen clouds
Dissolute like dreams
Of perpetual summers…
With you I stopped
Breathing
Over the color of a
Rose.
Red like choking
Pain.

Thank you, Roger! Maybe my “fabric” is in 3 layers. The last is the lure of the sea. 🙂

If I understand you right, I always feel better when I finally write about something I’ve been keeping to myself. Say, my questioning a religious or societal bias. But I only feel good about it if I’ve done it in a fair, balanced way (as far as I can assess it). If I just blurt, I usually end up editing/deleting. 🙂 Good thing we can do that on the internet. I suppose newspaper writers have editors for that!

You understand me right, and I understand you right 🙂 Only that I veil my words in thick warm layers that at times I pierce with an arrow. Blunt sincerity is not my thing 🙂
Yes, we can edit our thoughts, now and then. Have a beautiful day, Michael 💙

I tend to be analytical but also have a poetic side. Do we understand each other? To some degree yeah. But only God I believe sees the whole picture! Live long and prosper! 😊❤️⭐️😀✳️

I have written “The poetic trip” after I have been there… My analytical side solves dilemmas, especially when there are feelings involved. I put them in a graph. Mathematical feeling 🙂
I am sending you my warmest wishes 🙂 ❤

Oh yeah, I know you are analytical too. How could a linguist be otherwise? 😀😘🐱🍇🕜🙂
