With you I have hovered
Above the sea
In storm
I smelled the tropical dew
Of winter flowers…
I have seen clouds
Dissolute like dreams
Of perpetual summers…

With you I stopped
Over the color of a
Red like choking

Art by Howard Pyle.

She is primarily a teacher of English. Also her mind is lured by goodies like finance, economics, interest rates, the stock market, as she has a hankering for how the money is made. Nevertheless she is a dreamer on a cloud...As dreams cost nothing... In ordinary days she is a word-weaver for everything and everything that breathes. In the best of days she just follows the seasons by means of bike, skis, or roller-skates. She is grateful to all colors of the world and to people who read, smile and drop a line here, or on her email. Contributing author at Sudden Denouement Literary Collective, My Trending Stories and Anthology Volume I: Writings from the Sudden Denouement Literary Collective.

  6. If I understand you right, I always feel better when I finally write about something I’ve been keeping to myself. Say, my questioning a religious or societal bias. But I only feel good about it if I’ve done it in a fair, balanced way (as far as I can assess it). If I just blurt, I usually end up editing/deleting. 🙂 Good thing we can do that on the internet. I suppose newspaper writers have editors for that!

You understand me right, and I understand you right 🙂 Only that I veil my words in thick warm layers that at times I pierce with an arrow. Blunt sincerity is not my thing 🙂
Yes, we can edit our thoughts, now and then. Have a beautiful day, Michael 💙

  7. I tend to be analytical but also have a poetic side. Do we understand each other? To some degree yeah. But only God I believe sees the whole picture! Live long and prosper! 😊❤️⭐️😀✳️

I have written “The poetic trip” after I have been there… My analytical side solves dilemmas, especially when there are feelings involved. I put them in a graph. Mathematical feeling 🙂
I am sending you my warmest wishes 🙂 ❤

  8. Oh yeah, I know you are analytical too. How could a linguist be otherwise? 😀😘🐱🍇🕜🙂
